Who or what is HOMER'S ARMY ?

You might notice that the line right under the name of the band says "Rock Musicians" and then think "Oh, all they play is Rock and Roll", and you would be very mistaken. When we call ourselves "Rock Musicians" we mean "Rock" as in "Rock Solid", "Tight", "Hard" learned lessons in the school of "Hard" musical knocks that is the American music scene.

Homer's Army is all about Musical Experience. In fact, the four members of this band have a collective total of over 119 Years of professional Musical Experience under their belts.

Even though our roots are in Rock and Roll, our members have played virtually every genre of music that has been popular over the past 40 years. We played the Oldies when the Oldies were new!! We lived and played the British Invasion, Blue Eyed Soul, disco, country, The Blues, Bluegrass, Gospel, Western Swing, funk, punk, power chords, big hair, long hair (Symphony), show tunes, marches, polkas, alternative….
